Strawberry Banana Walnut Crunch

A good pre-workout meal with slow digesting carbohydrates – fats and protein.

Requirements:

  • 1.5 banana
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 3 scoops Strawberry & cream Whey/isolate Protein
  • 3 cups of eggwhites
  • 2 cups of Buckwheat

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven at 375F
  • Blend the eggwhites, the protein powder and buckwheat flour
  • Pour blended content into a large bowl
  • Add sliced bananas and crunched walnuts to the mix
  • Mix everything with handheld spoon
  • Pour mixed content into loaf or muffin tin
